Each Wednesday at 6 p.m. on KCOG 99.7FM/1400AM, the two-hour local sports marathon begins with hosts Russ W. Ocker and Chad Lee Koestner live at Hy-Vee. Every show features a wide-variety of guests, from coaches to the athletes themselves.

The show features many informational segments, such as "The Ocker Realty First Pitch" that delivers all of the local sports headlines from the area, the "Power Insurance Hall of Fame Challenge" that tests the sports knowledge of Chad Lee and the featured guest, and the "Know The Rules" segment that straightens out rules questions that flair up from week to week.
